Indoor and outdoor movies and a podcast this week at WCAT.

WAKEFIELD — Earlier today at 11 a.m., the “Spill The Ginger Tea” podcast team of Angel Amy and Lila Gardella, met to record another episode.

Wednesday members of the Boys and Girls Club of Stoneham and Wakefield will be in the studio to watch a movie.

Also on Wednesday, members of the First Parish Congregational Church (FPCC) that oversee the FPCC Clothing Closet will hold a meeting at WCAT to discuss donations of clothes and how to increase folks coming to the Clothing Closet. The flyer that accompanies this press release is an example of the Community Bulletin Board “slides” that run 24/7 between shows on WCAT’s channels.

First Parish first joined as members of WCAT in 2016. They started filming special services and then weekly services at the outset of COVID-19. FPCC has a small group of members with audio/visual experience. WCAT continues to re-broadcast their services.

This is the final week of the seventh season.
