Pod/Vodcasts and Bare Fitness this week at WCAT

Monday

Tonight the WCAT Board of Directors will hold their monthly meeting at 6 with most members in the conference room.

Tuesday

At 9 a.m., Wakefield Unified Prevention Coalition (WakeUp) will hold a meeting in WCAT’s conference room. From 3:15 to 5 p.m., Northeast Metro Tech’s “North East Voices” will record another session in the podcast studio.

Wednesday

Morning at 11, Colleen Getty, Founder of The Room to Write, will remotely interview Robin Nelson in a vodcast. Nelson is both a publisher and an author. The session will be an opportunity to discuss options for writers that include self-publishing and traditional publishing for authors that work with an editor. At 2:30 p.m., First Baptist Church Pastor Doug Dry returns to the podcast studio.

Thursday

At 10 a.m., fitness instructor Laura Williamson of Bare Fitness in Stoneham will film another exercise program in the studio.

Friday

At noon, “Really Important Fictional Things” with hosts Rosey Mongeau and Avery is back in the podcast studio.
