Movies by the Lake

Movies by the Lake kicks off its eighth season on July 13. Residents and out-of-towners come together to attend a large outdoor movie theater on Thursday nights. The other movie dates are July 20 and 27, and August 3. The rain date (used for only one movie) will be August 10.

Returning movie sponsors-to-date (and movies sponsored) included Rebirth Body Transformation Center (4), The Savings Bank (4), Boys and Girls Clubs of Stoneham and Wakefield (2), Floramo’s Restaurant in Wakefield (1), Wakefield Rotary (1), Kids’ Test Kitchen (1), The Gingerbread Construction Co. (1), Catch the Funk/Kidcasso (1), The Farmland (providing music), First Parish Congregational Church (1), and TJ’s Taste Truck & Catering (1). WCAT could not host the movies without generous sponsors and the pre-movie activities are a lot of fun. Please contact Barbara Worley (781-224-0300) if you would like to join the list of sponsors.
