Please support WCAT

Over ninety percent of WCAT’s funding comes from the cable franchise fees provided by Comcast, Verizon, and RCN (Wakefield’s cable providers). The rest comes through memberships, underwriters, and fundraising. Streaming services like Hulu and Netflix saw larger audiences than traditional cable last year as more people are making the switch to streaming-only households. This translates to a loss of funding for WCAT.

Your donation – in any amount – will be greatly appreciated and it’s a wise investment in the future. You can donate online at www.WCATwakefield.org or by check to WCAT, 24 Hemlock Road, Wakefield, MA 01880.
