WCAT this week: TSB Means Business, Book Buzz, and sports highlight

Monday

At 6:30pm, a crew will film the girls’ volleyball match against Reading. Matt O’Connor, WMHS senior, will provide commentary. The match will be livestreamed.

Tuesday

WCAT member The Friends of Lake Quannapowitt will hold their monthly meeting in the conference room. Tuesday afternoon at 1, “TSB Means Business” returns to the studio with host Ally Houghton, WCAT’s board president, and her guests Jeff D’Alessandro, SVP and Senior Retail Lending Officer and Pete Johnston, SVP and Senior Commercial Banking Officer. The topic will be first-time home buying.

Wednesday

At 2:30 p.m., Karen Stern and the Beebe Library’s “Book Buzz” team return to the studio for another installment of this popular program.

Thursday

The crew and Matt O’Connor return to the Field House to film another girls’ volleyball contest at 6:30 p.m.. This pits WMHS against Stoneham in a rescheduled game. This game will be livestreamed.

Friday

A crew, including WMHS student commentators Tymothy Brown and Drew Schermerhorn, will return to Landrigan Field at 6 p.m., to film the Warriors’ football game against Burlington. The football game will not be livestreamed. At 6:30 p.m., a crew including WMHS student commentator Matt O’Connor will return to the Field House for the third time to cover the girls’ volleyball game against Watertown. The volleyball contest will be livestreamed.
